**lblDesJob**
- Điều hành và giám sát các hoạt động phục vụ mặt đất bao gồm: phục vụ hành khách, sân đỗ, hàng hóa và các dịch vụ khác cho tàu bay.
- Đảm bảo thực hiện hiệu quả các yêu cầu về chất lượng, an ninh, an toàn của công ty.
- Giám sát, hỗ trợ và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (dịch vụ hành khách, sân đỗ, hàng hóa) để phân bổ nhân lực hợp lý và đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Theo dõi hoạt động khai thác hàng ngày tại sân bay theo quy định, đảm bảo đúng giờ (OTP) và tối ưu thời gian quay đầu (TAT), đặc biệt trong các tình huống chuyến bay bất thường.
- Đóng vai trò điều phối chính trong hoạt động mặt đất, phối hợp với phòng OMC và các bộ phận khác.
- Phối hợp với phòng quản lý trang thiết bị (GSE) để đảm bảo số lượng và chất lượng thiết bị theo kế hoạch.
- Sẵn sàng hợp tác với nhà chức trách sân bay khi cần.
- Áp dụng và giám sát việc tuân thủ quy trình an toàn, an ninh trong dịch vụ mặt đất.
- Đảm bảo yếu tố an toàn và an ninh là ưu tiên hàng đầu trong mọi hoạt động.
- Quản lý hiệu suất nhân viên và đề xuất cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Lên lịch làm việc hợp lý để đảm bảo sức khỏe và năng suất lao động.
- Báo cáo sự cố/tai nạn theo quy trình công ty.
- Tiếp nhận, xử lý và báo cáo các vấn đề bất thường trong hoạt động hàng ngày.
- Duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với cảng hàng không để hoạt động thuận lợi.
- Tham gia cuộc họp quản lý để giải quyết vấn đề quan trọng và truyền đạt thông tin đến Trưởng đại diện và nhân viên.
- Tham gia đào tạo nội bộ khi được yêu cầu.
- Báo cáo định kỳ (ngày/tuần/tháng) và đột xuất về hoạt động khai thác cho Trưởng đại diện.
- _Manage, coordinate, and supervise ground operations including: passenger service, ramp service, cargo service, and other aircraft-related services. _
- _Ensure compliance with company quality standards, security, and safety targets. _
- _Supervise, support, and coordinate with related departments (passenger services, ramp services, cargo) to optimize manpower allocation and achieve business performance targets. _
- _Monitor daily airport operations in line with company policies, ensuring on-time performance (OTP) and minimizing turnaround time (TAT), especially during irregular flight operations. _
- _Act as the main coordinator for daily ground operations, liaising with OMC and other relevant teams. _
- _Coordinate with the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) department to ensure proper quantity and quality of equipment as per business needs. _
- _Cooperate with airport authorities when required. _
- _Implement and supervise adherence to safety, security, and operational procedures in ground handling. _
- _Ensure safety and security remain top priorities in all company operations. _
- _Manage staff performance and propose service quality improvements. _
- _Create fair work schedules to maintain employee health and productivity. _
- _Report incidents/accidents per company procedures. _
- _Receive, handle, and report irregularities in daily ground operations. _
- _Maintain good relationships with airport authorities for smooth operations. _
- _Attend management meetings to address critical operational issues and relay feedback to the Station Manager and staff. _
- _Participate in internal training as required. _
- _Submit periodic (daily/weekly/quarterly) and ad-hoc operational reports to the Station Manager._

**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên

**2. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Ngoại ngữ: tiếng Anh TOEIC 550 hoặc chứng chỉ tương đương

**3. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong vị trí tương đương

**4. Kĩ năng mềm**:

- Khả năng phân tích, tổng hợp thông tin
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và phân công lao động
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc được với các cấp của công ty
- Kiến thức dịch vụ sân đỗ, hàng hóa
- Hiểu rõ quy định an toàn hàng không, môi trường
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
