- Hỗ trợ người dùng cuối về mặt thiết bị, ứng dụng văn phòng.
- Lắp đặt, sửa chữa thiết bị văn phòng
- Hỗ trợ triển khai hệ thống mạng, thiết bị phần cứng tại chi nhánh, sân bay, cty thành viên
- Cài đặt, hỗ trợ hệ thống tổng đài, bộ đàm VHF/UHF các đầu bay, văn phòng.
- Trực hỗ trợ hệ thống tại các đầu sân bay.
- Liên hệ đại diện phối hợp làm việc với các đối tác về các vấn đề hệ thống CNTT liên quan.

**Yêu cầu khác**:

- Các công việc khác do Quản lý trực tiếp giao phó.
- _Installation and repair of office equipment. _
- _Support for deploying network systems and hardware at branches, airports, and member companies. _
- _Installation and support for PBX systems and VHF/UHF radios for flight crews and offices. _
- _On-site system support at airports. _
- _Liaise and coordinate with partners regarding related IT system issues. _

**Requirements**:
**1. Trình độ chuyên môn**:

- Cao đẳng và Đại học.

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- 1 năm trở lên.

**3. Ngoại ngữ**:

- TOEIC 500 (tối thiểu)

**4. Kiến thức chuyên ngành**:

- CCNA/MCSA (hoặc tương đương).
- Hiểu biết về thiết bị phần cứng, cơ bản về hệ thống mạng.
- Am hiểu về thiết bị công nghệ, thiết bị văn phòng, các ứng dụng văn phòng.
- Hiểu biết cơ bản về bảo mật thiết bị đầu cuối.
- Có kinh nghiệm hoặc được đào tạo qua các lớp về hệ thống mạng cơ bản của các hãng.

**5. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Có kỹ năng báo cáo. Có trách nhiệm với công việc.
- Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật. Khả năng tiếp nhận, phân tích và xử lý sự cố.
- Có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về thiết bị CNTT, kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ người dùng.
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt, đạt chuẩn về qui định trình độ ngoại ngữ theo chính sách công ty. Làm việc độc lập và phối hợp nhóm tốt. Báo cáo, trình bày chính xác.

- _Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation. Capable of receiving, analyzing, and resolving technical issues. _
- _Experienced and knowledgeable in IT equipment and user support. _
- _Excellent communication skills, meeting company standards for foreign language proficiency. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team. Capable of accurate reporting and presentation._
