- Quản lý điều hành công việc Team Key Account (Xuất khẩu, B2B, Horeca, Sale online,..)
- Giải quyết các vấn đề liên quan đến khách hàng, sản phẩm
- Tham mưu cho Tổng giám đốc và Giám đốc kinh doanh các chính sách liên quan đến bán hàng
- Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới, chăm sóc khách hàng cũ
- Hướng dẫn, đưa nhân viên đi tham gia các triển lãm, hội chợ trưng bày sản phẩm trong và ngoài nước.
- Báo cáo công việc cho cấp trên khi có yêu cầu
- Các công việc khác theo sự chỉ đạo của TGĐ
