**Responsibilities**

**Job requirements**
- You have at least 1-2 years of working experience in a communication-related field, working with brands across digital communication, public relations, and/or brand strategy.
- You believe efficient communication is sparked by positive conversations.
- You trust that creativity and empathy are at the heart of great communication strategies.
- You have experience consulting brands in either public relations, digital communication, e-commerce, or brand strategy.
- You have good English speaking and writing skills and you are comfortable working in a young, multicultural environment.
- You are highly organized, curious, creative and your friends rely on you to organize crazy parties/activities.

**About You**
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to work and takes initiative in identifying and resolving challenges.
- Display a strong sense of ownership and accountability for managing IMC campaigns and related tasks.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills to address issues and find effective solutions within tight timelines.
- Possess excellent communication skills to engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
- Show a growth mindset, embraces challenges, and is motivated to continuously learn and develop.
- Display a proactive and determined attitude in pursuing goals and achieving success.
- Have a good command of the English language at or above B2/C1 level.
- Balance the ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and delivering quality results.
- Have a strong background in creative thinking and content creation is a plus.
- Demonstrate prior experience in executing digital and IMC campaigns.
