Objective
: Lead and execute communications campaigns (IMC/ PR & Social campaigns), client service & vendor management.

I. DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Be the main contact for clients: manage conversations, align expectations, and ensure smooth day-to-day coordination.
  • Join client meetings, prepare agendas, recap actions, and follow through.
  • Build trusted relationships and deliver service that keeps clients happy.

2. Strategy & Media Relations

  • Understand PR & Social tactics across platforms to contribute to strategy and implementation plans.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media, journalists, KOLs/Influencers, and key partners.
  • Support content development—PR copies, social content, or briefing notes (a plus).

3. Project Management & Execution:

  • Develop execution plans, timelines, and deliverables; manage multi-channel projects with strong ownership.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, media partners, and influencers to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Monitor progress, solve issues proactively, and maintain high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee media activities (press release distribution, media invitation, follow-up, onsite support).
  • Support event coordination and production activities: media meetings, talkshows, mini-events, shooting days, photoshoots.

4. Proposal & Reporting Support

  • Contribute to proposals, SOWs, strategic decks, and campaign timelines.
  • Conduct research on trends, competitors, and industry insights.
  • Prepare monthly reports and post-campaign evaluations with key takeaways.

5. Financial & Payment Coordination

  • Support invoice issuance and payment tracking, ensuring timely client payments.
  • Collaborate with the internal finance team and vendors to manage budgets and payments for suppliers.

II. REQUIREMENTS:

6. Core Skills & Competencies

  • 2-4 years of experience in IMC/ PR & social media.
  • Strong network with media contacts, journalists, and KOL/influencers.
  • Excellent writing skills – ability to craft press releases, thought leadership content, and social media copy.
  • In-depth understanding of PR, social media trends, and influencer marketing.

7. Mindset & Work Approach

  • Proactive and adaptable, capable of managing multiple clients & campaigns.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (especially in English), with confidence in client interactions.
  • Strategic and data-driven approach to PR & social media planning.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
