**What you will do**:
**Admin (70%)**:

- Act a leading person for general office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills, etc ;
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly;
- Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events including in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences;
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires;
- Address employees’ queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, hardware, travel arrangements, etc.);
- Support other teams if needed;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Human Resource Business Partner (30%)**:

- Provide in-depth advice and guidance to team leaders on strategic HR policies and procedures to ensured that they are supported in their roles and decisions as people managers;
- Support all HR operations processes, including but not limited to on-boarding and off boarding, induction and probation procedures;
- Work with Recruitment Team to deliver effective recruitment support and specific campaigns as needed;
- Manage and ensure organizational chart is up to date according to organizational changes;
- Respond to personnel's inquiries and requests for information.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or related major;
- At least 3 years experience in Admin/ HR general/ General Affairs;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong engagement, ability to build relationship, trust and influence on others;
- Excellent Labor knowledge with ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, employee's issues;
- Ability to work under high pressure;
- Demonstration of enthusiasm, responsibility, dynamic, and strong teamwork skills.
