**Introduction**

Viet Rural Enterprise Development Center (abbreviated as VietED Center) is an organization working in scientific technology and community development, founded on 09 August 2010 under Decision No. 364 by the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations (VUSTA)

VietED Center is one of the leading organizations in the field of consulting and providing advisory services in the fields of finance, agriculture value chain development, market-linkage, community development, business skills development, brand development and capacity development training to help mitigate poverty, especially in the areas affected by climate change. Our consultants have the experience of working all-across the developing nations in Asia and Africa.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:

- Participate in developing, designing and writing project proposals and reports
- Develop project activities within the framework of the projects being implemented by the Center.
- Develop effective project operation plans and budget plans, consistent with project outputs.
- Prepare, coordinate and implement project activities and provide technical guidance, control project quality, and be responsible for work quality
- Coordinate with partners in implementing cooperation and facilitating the implementation of project interventions
- Record project results in the project data management system
- Coordinate with other departments in the Organization to effectively implement activities
- Participate in training and technical guidance for partners in the field.
- Take primary responsibility for linking with experts/partners in the organization’s training/consulting courses
- Support the Project Manager in coordinating the preparation of documents for consulting courses/workshops
- Develop and maintain a network of cooperative relationships with partners and ensure effective communication and cooperation between the project and stakeholders
- Regularly report on activities/events or when requested by the Center Managers
- Participate in the Center’s consulting field trips with cooperating units
- Monitor the project implementation; ensure the quality of agreed objectives are met
- Direct or participate in the implementation of project activities as assigned by the Manager
- Other tasks assigned by the direct Manager and the Center Management Board

**Qualifications**
- University degree in Social Work, Community Development and other related majors.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the required job position
- Experience and skills in planning and implementing project activities
- Ability to listen, speak, read, understand documents and reports in English
- Work independently, proactively, creatively in work, and have a spirit of cooperation and harmony in a collective environment
- Highly responsible for assigned work
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, solve problems and work under pressure, handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Strong project coordination skills and experience in initiating, planning, budgeting, implementing, monitoring projects and other project coordination tasks
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Honest, proactive, good listener and quick to adapt to work
- Willing to travel and work overtime when required
