**Job Description**:
Support team on accounting processes such as:

- Keep track and book accounting entries for payments to vendors, and assets management.
- Handle monthly foreign currency selling transactions with banks.
- File documents (contracts, invoices ) once the process is done.
- Work with other stakeholders (IT teams, requestors ) in internal projects to enhance and improve data flow efficiency between Accounting software and other systems.
- Other ad-hoc reports required by the supervisor;
- Additional information will be exchanged in the interview.

**Qualifications**:

- For fresh graduates or 4th-year students in major in Accounting/ Finance.
- At least 06-month full-time/ part-time internship.
- Able to work full time at least 4 days/ week (in which at least 1 day on-site).
- Interested in the Account Payable function.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Honest, proactive, organized, and highly responsible.
