**Job description**:
As an **Accounting Trainee**, your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Assist the daily accounting processes for different subsidiaries, at the international level.
- Be responsible for the accounting data entries in all different ledgers.
- Bookkeep and check: payable invoices, claim expenses, bank inputs, and other accounting inputs, according to IFRS, local & group accounting rules.
- Taking on additional tasks to learn more about knowledge of accounting and office operations.
- Prepare the accounting checklist according to the deadlines and its rules.
- Support in the preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection purposes.

**Profile Requirement**
- Final year students or Graduated students from a business school majoring in Accounting/ Finance/ Auditing or relevant majors who can commit to join 5 full days per week ;
- Being motivated in working in accountancy at a multinational level;
- Having a basic understanding of accountancy and bookkeeping;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good English communication;
- Good ability to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel) is necessary;
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Interview Process**:
After being qualified in the shortlisting round, the upcoming interview process for the Finance Trainee position consists of two rounds:
1. Excel Assessment: Purpose is to assess basic finance knowledge, the use of Excel and English communication skills.

2. Final Interview: Meet with Finance team leader, undergo a comprehensive assessment of skills, fit, and potential contributions. Questions cover problem-solving, teamwork, and career goals. Aim is to evaluate suitability for the trainee program.
