WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....

With the objective is to improve the quality and develop initiative in Marketing activities to increase the impaction of Agency Channel, Agency Marketing & Communication Lead is responsible for:

- leading the whole marketing campaign in Agency Channels (MDRT/LA/AL)
- provide creative communication to support AIA projects (Agency / MKT Brand / Products / Vitality)

Report to: Manager, Agency Marketing & Communication

Location: HCM

Function: Agency Distribution | Function: Agency Distribution Services

Role: Individual Contributor

Roles & Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaign:

- Proactive propose detailed action plan (from the given direction) including the content pillars/ framework, communication touch points and budget allocation.
- Propose communication and marketing tactic to improve motivation and capabilities of salesforces (agents).
- Responsible for all aspects of projects including meeting deadlines, time management, budgeting, campaign analysis and tracking/ monitoring.
- Be able to manage and implement all the required executions to meet expected quality and timeline with internal team (creative and content) and external (3rd party vendors)

Creative Marketing & Communication channels:

- Oversee communication and marketing to improve motivation and capabilities of agents (for example: success stories, KOL, testimonials, best practice sharing...)
- Monitor activities rolled-out and target reactions and proactive propose improved/ adjusted plan quickly when needed to catch up with the situation & market trending.
- Collaborate, discuss, follow up and be able to convince other stakeholders the marketing communication details and ensure they followed given direction (GA-PA Initiative, Promotion/Trip

Others assigned:

- Budget planning and implementation.
- Be able to take ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirement:

- Education - University degree
- Experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in marketing communication and branding
- Preferably in insurance industry or Marketing channel, Trade MKT, Campaign lead in agency environment with at least 02 - 03 years in project/ campaign management or supervisory role.
- MKT project management skills:

- Hard skills: Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, CMS)
- Soft skills: leadership, negotiation, Problem solving, Adaptability
- Ability to run multiple projects at once
- Personality traits:

- Critical thinking, meticulous, patience
