Role Overview:
Although our Representative Office does not conduct sales, your contributions will be essential in technical consulting and market research support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, distributors, and system integrators.
- Analyze the needs of our partners and recommend suitable vacuum automation or handling solutions.
- Support partners with product selection, system design, layout optimization, and feasibility.
- Conduct product presentations, and live demos.
- Collaborate with the regional sales teams and Schmalz HQ in Germany.
- Gather feedback from the market and help adapt solutions to local customer needs.
- Maintain CRM documentation related to technical activities, projects, and support cases.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Technical degree in Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
- Technical understanding of automation, pneumatics, or vacuum systems.
- Excellent communication skills (Vietnamese & English); able to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Ability to travel occasionally within Vietnam and internationally.
