QA QC

**Job description**:

- Phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, phối hợp với team BA/Dev để làm rõ luồng xử lý. /_Analyze business requirements and collaborate with the BA/Dev teams to clarify process flows._
- Nắm rõ nghiệp vụ để xây dựng test plan, test case phù hợp với từng module./ _Understand the business logic to develop suitable test plans and test cases for each module_.
- Thực hiện kiểm thử phần mềm (manual hoặc automation) đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm./_Perform manual or automated testing to ensure product quality._
- Ghi nhận và quản lý bug, theo dõi quá trình sửa lỗi và xác nhận kết quả./ _Log and manage bugs, track fixes, and validate resolutions._
- Đóng góp ý kiến cải tiến quy trình kiểm thử và sản phẩm./ _Contribute to improving testing processes and product quality_.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Có ít nhất 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm kiểm thử phần mềm./ _Minimum 2-4 years of experience in software testing._
- Kỹ năng phân tích và hiểu rõ yêu cầu nghiệp vụ là bắt buộc./ _Strong analytical skills and understanding of business requirements are a must._
- Có khả năng viết test case rõ ràng, bao quát các luồng xử lý./ _Ability to write comprehensive and clear test cases._
- Thành thạo các công cụ quản lý bug và test như Jira, TestRail, Postman,.../ _Proficient in tools such as Jira, TestRail, Postman, etc._
- Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm, khả năng làm việc độc lập và teamwork tốt./ _Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work independently and in a team._

**Ưu tiên /**_Preferred_**:

- Ứng viên từng làm việc trong lĩnh vực tài chính (fintech) hoặc AI/ML./ _Experience in fintech or AI/ML projects is a plus._
- Có kiến thức hoặc kinh nghiệm với kiểm thử API, kiểm thử hiệu năng, kiểm thử tự động (Selenium, Katalon,...)./ _Knowledge or experience in API testing, performance testing, or test automation (e.g., Selenium, Katalon)._
