Kaira Vietnam is a fast-growing technology company specializing in building next-generation AI-driven applications. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manual Testers to join our QA/QC team and contribute to delivering high-quality AI Chatbot products to global users.

Job Description

  • Execute manual testing for our
    AI Chatbot applications
    (Mobile & Web).
  • Review product requirements and design test cases/test scenarios accordingly.
  • Perform
    functional, UI/UX, integration, and regression testing
    .
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., GitLab).
  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  • Provide feedback to improve user experience and Chatbot conversation flow.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new testing techniques and AI-related product features.

Requirements

  • At least
    1 year of experience
    as a QA/QC/Manual Tester.
  • Basic understanding of software testing concepts
    (test cases, bug life cycle, regression).
  • Detail-oriented, patient, and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good English skills
    , can write reports in English
  • Can work
    onsite, full time
    , Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM

  • Experience testing
    Chatbot, AI
    , or Web/Mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum
    development process.
  • Completed QA/Testing training or certification.
