Overall:

Với vai trò QC Leader, bạn sẽ dẫn dắt đội ngũ Game Tester nhằm đảm bảo chất lượng cao nhất cho các dự án game trên nhiều nền tảng. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm lập kế hoạch, phân công và giám sát các hoạt động kiểm thử; đảm bảo báo cáo lỗi chính xác, kịp thời; và phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ phát triển cùng các bên liên quan. Đây là vị trí đòi hỏi kinh nghiệm kiểm thử thực tế kết hợp với kỹ năng lãnh đạo mạnh mẽ.

Main responsibility:

  • Dẫn dắt, quản lý và đào tạo đội ngũ Game Tester; đảm bảo phân bổ nhiệm vụ hợp lý và duy trì hiệu suất cao.
  • Xây dựng và cập nhật test strategy, test plan và test case cho từng dự án.
  • Rà soát yêu cầu, tài liệu đặc tả và thiết kế kỹ thuật để đảm bảo khả năng kiểm thử.
  • Điều phối hoạt động kiểm thử hằng ngày, theo dõi tiến độ và đảm bảo kết quả được gửi đúng thời hạn.
  • Xác nhận, tái hiện và phân loại mức độ ưu tiên của lỗi, đảm bảo mô tả rõ ràng và đầy đủ cho team phát triển.
  • Đảm bảo các loại kiểm thử: functional, regression, UI/UX, performance và localization được thực hiện đầy đủ.
  • Phối hợp với các team liên quan (Development, Product, Client Team) để thống nhất mục tiêu chất lượng.
  • Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, công cụ và workflow nhằm tăng hiệu quả và độ bao phủ kiểm thử.
  • Theo dõi hiệu suất làm việc của đội nhóm, đưa ra feedback và hỗ trợ phát triển sự nghiệp cho tester.
  • Đảm bảo tiến độ chung của dự án; chủ động thông báo rủi ro hoặc chậm trễ đến quản lý và khách hàng.
  • Là đầu mối trao đổi với khách hàng liên quan đến quy trình QC, deliverables và các vấn đề cần xử lý.

Requirements:

  • Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm QA/QC trong phần mềm hoặc game.
  • Có ít nhất 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm lãnh đạo, quản lý hoặc mentoring team.
  • Hiểu rõ các phương pháp kiểm thử, quy trình QA và vòng đời báo cáo lỗi (bug lifecycle).
  • Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và thực thi test plan, test case và bug report.
  • Thành thạo các công cụ kiểm thử: Jira, TestRail, Google Docs/Sheets hoặc tương đương.
  • Quen thuộc với nhiều nền tảng: Mobile, PC, Console, Web và các thể loại game.
  • Tư duy phân tích tốt, chỉn chu, chú ý đến chi tiết và có khả năng giải quyết vấn đề.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và truyền đạt tốt, có khả năng định hướng và dẫn dắt đội nhóm.
  • Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực deadline và quản lý nhiều nhiệm vụ cùng lúc.
  • Đam mê game và hiểu rõ trải nghiệm người chơi.

Nice to have:

  • Có chứng chỉ ISTQB hoặc các chứng chỉ QA liên quan.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Agile/Scrum.
  • Hiểu biết về automation testing hoặc có khả năng viết script cơ bản.
  • Từng có kinh nghiệm làm việc với khách hàng hoặc dự án outsourcing.
