Job description
  • Design, build, and maintain automation test suites for performance testing and data validation testing.
  • Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to integrate test automation into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Conduct load testing, stress testing, and monitor key system metrics (CPU, Memory, Network, DB performance).
  • Develop scenarios to compare and validate data across multiple sources (API, DB, file, third-party systems).
  • Test real-time communication over WebSocket and MQTT to ensure stability, speed, and reliability.
  • Analyze logs, generate test reports, and provide recommendations for improving performance and data quality.
  • Contribute to the standardization of test automation processes across projects.
  • Lead and manage the QA team: assign tasks, review test cases/code quality, and mentor junior members.
Your skills and experience

Mandatory:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as QA Lead and 7+ years in QA/QC.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
  • Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust, Gatling, or k6).
  • Strong experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) and writing SQL queries for data validation.
  • Solid understanding of REST API, WebSocket, and MQTT, including automated testing of APIs/messaging systems.
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Preferred:

  • Experience in big data testing or data pipelines (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop).
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for deployment and testing.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and analyze system logs.
