Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
QA/QC Specialist

to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive
Quality Management System (QMS)

for our Central Kitchen & Outlets.

This position plays a key role in
designing, establishing, and maintaining HACCP and ISO 22000 systems

, ensuring that all production, packaging, storage, and distribution processes fully comply with food safety, quality, and traceability standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in
setting up or maintaining certified HACCP/ISO systems

in food manufacturing or F&B production, with strong organizational and leadership skills to build a robust quality foundation for the company's growth.

Responsibilities

1. System Setup & Development

  • Design and implement a comprehensive
    Quality Management System (QMS)

tailored to Central Kitchen operations.
- Develop
quality standards and specifications

for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products, including sensory, microbiological, and control parameters.
- Establish, review, and update
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

for all stages of production, packaging, sanitation, storage, and logistics.
- Create and manage
documentation, forms, and traceability systems

to ensure transparency and full control over product quality.
- Define and maintain the company's
Quality Policy

aligned with brand strategy and operational goals.

2. Quality Assurance & Control

  • Supervise and monitor all production stages to ensure products meet quality and food safety requirements.
  • Organize
    in-house testing and inspection programs

, analyze results, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Manage the
CAPA system (Corrective and Preventive Actions)

to handle non-conformities and prevent recurrence.
- Oversee
environmental hygiene monitoring, calibration of measuring instruments, and maintenance of sanitation standards

.

3. HACCP & ISO 22000 Implementation

  • Lead the planning, documentation, internal audit, and certification process for HACCP and ISO 22000.
  • Serve as the primary contact for certification bodies and local authorities during audits and compliance inspections.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs on HACCP, ISO, GMP, and local food safety regulations for staff and management.
  • Promote a strong quality culture across all levels of the organization.

4. Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Prepare regular reports for management on quality KPIs, audit results, risks, and improvement plans.
  • Propose and lead quality improvement and efficiency initiatives to enhance product consistency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure end-to-end quality control across the internal supply chain.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Food Technology, Food Science, Quality Management, or related fields

- Minimum
3-5 years of QA/QC experience

in the
food manufacturing or F&B industry

, preferably with direct experience in
setting up HACCP/ISO 22000 systems

.
- Strong knowledge of
GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and local food safety regulations (VSATTP)

.
- Excellent skills in system setup, documentation control, and team training.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and improvement-driven mindset.
- Strong integrity, ownership, and results orientation.
