Job Mission :

1.     Validation and Computerized system management/ Thẩm định và hệ thống vi tính hóa

• Perform qualification, validation including: qualification of equipment (IQ/OQ/ Re-OQ/ CSV), Computerized system validation. / Thực hiện các thẩm định, bao gồm: các thẩm định thiết bị (IQ/OQ/ Re-OQ/ CSV), thầm định hệ thống vi tính hóa.

• Take responsibility of Administrator for assigned equipment /system/ Thực hiện các trách nhiệm của người quản lý hệ thống đối các hệ thống và thiết bị được giao.

• Manage GxP requirements related to CSV and data integrity (DI) / Thực hiện các yêu cầu GxP liên quan đến CSV và tính nguyên vẹn dữ liệu.

2.     Utility, facility and technical aspect/ Tiện ích, nhà xưởng và các vấn để kỹ thuật

• Monitor quality issues and follow up of maintaining GMP at Engineering department: review maintenance schedule, calibration schedule of equipments, utilities, check logbook, check calibration sheet… / Theo dõi các vấn đề chất lượng và đảm bảo duy trì các yêu cầu GMP liên quan tới bộ phận kỹ thuật: Kiểm tra lịch bảo trì, hiệu chuẩn thiết bị, tiện ích, kiểm tra logbook và phiếu hiệu chuẩn, …

• Perform annual product quality review (PQR) for utility system (HVAC, purified water, compressed air…), Monitor validations, issues related to environmental microbiology, utilities and facilities, follow up CAPA implementation. Utility system is used by the site and Development Center / Thực hiện báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng hang năm (PQR) cho các hệ thống tiện ích (HVAC, nước tinh khiết, khí nén, …), Theo dõi việc hiệu chuẩn và các vấn đề liên quan tới môi trường vi sinh và tiện ích nhà xưởng theo dõi thực hiện CAPA. Hệ thống nhà xưởng tiện ích được sử dụng bởi nhà máy và Trung tâm nghiên cứu.

3. Monitor the GMP compliance at QC department/ Theo dõi các hoạt động GMP tại bộ phận kiểm nghiệm

• Monitor quality issues and follow up of maintaining GMP at QC department: check logbook, DI implementation… and take QA expert role of related CC, deviation / Theo dõi các vấn đề chất lượng và đảm bảo duy trì các yêu cầu GMP liên quan tới bộ phận kiểm nghiệm: kiểm tra logbook, việc áp dụng tính nguyên vẹn dữ liệu … giữ vai trò chuyên gia QA đối với các kiểm soát thay đổi, sai lệch liên quan

• Take the role QA expert in instrument qualification, risk assessment for QC instruments/ system/ Giữ vai trò chuyên gia QA đối với các thẩm định liên quan, đánh giá nguy cơ cho các thiết bị/ hệ thống của bộ phận kiểm nghiệm

4.     Quality System/ Hệ thống chất lượng

• Monitor Learning Management System (LMS) as Local Training Administrator (LTA)/ Theo dõi Hệ thống Quản lý Đào tạo với vai trò Quản lý Hệ thống Đào tạo

• Carry out event investigation, follow up CAPA implementation and efficiency / Thực hiện điều tra và theo dõi tình trạng áp dụng và tính hiệu quả của CAPA

• Carry out the assigned tasks according to GxP change control assessment / Thực hiện các công việc được giao liên quan tới quản lý thay đổi.

• Monitor GxP compliance, events, CAPAs, Change controls in QC and EM department/ Theo dõi việc tuân thủ GxP, sự cố, CAPA, Kiểm soát thay đổi ở bộ phận QC và EM.

• Perform the gap analysis between Site's procedure, Global quality document, cooperate with other departments to implement appropriate CAPA. / Thực hiện phân tích sai biệt giữa tài liệu nhà máy với tài liệu tập đoàn, phối hợp với các bộ phận để thực hiện CAPA khi cần thiết.

• Participate in the Quality self-inspection, Global quality audit, regulatory inspection/ Tham gia các cuộc tự kiểm tra, Thanh tra Tập đoàn, Thanh tra Quy chế.

• Participate in site's project like E2W, CO2, simplification & improvement project/ Tham gia vào các dự án của nhà máy E2W, CO2, các dự án liên quan đến đơn giản hóa và cải tiến

• Perform other tasks of QA department/ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo hoạt động của bộ phận QA.

• Ensure that a timely and effective communication and raise quality issues to the appropriate levels of management/ Đảm bảo việc trao đổi thông tin hiệu quả và kịp thời, và đưa các vấn đề lên cấp quan lý phù hợp.

• Compliance with HSE requirements/ Tuần thủ các quy định HSE

About You

• Education background: University graduated / Trình độ đại học Pharmacist or Engineer knows quality operations and pharmaceutical production / Dược sĩ hoặc Kỹ sư với hiểu biết về quản lý chất lượng và sản xuất dược phẩm
• Experience: Kinh nghiêm liên quan 1 – 3 year-experience working in a pharmaceutical company or manufacturing factory / 1-3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành công nghiệp Dược hoặc nhà máy sản xuất

Core Competencies/ Attitudes

• Good knowledge in GMP, HSE system / Kiến thức tốt về hệ thống GMP & HSE
• Problem-solving ability / Root cause analysis/ Data processing and visualization / Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ, xử lý dược liệu và trình bày trực quan.
