  • Xem xét và hiểu rõ yêu cầu kỹ thuật, tài liệu tiêu chuẩn và quy định chất lượng cho sản phẩm ba lô.
  • Xây dựng, cập nhật và đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình QC, kế hoạch kiểm tra và quy tắc lấy mẫu.
  • Thực hiện kiểm tra trong quá trình sản xuất và kiểm tra cuối cùng, phân tích sai lệch, đưa ra hành động khắc phục khi có lỗi không phù hợp.
  • Phối hợp chặt chẽ với bộ phận sản xuất để giám sát quy trình và duy trì tiêu chuẩn.
  • Theo dõi các chỉ số chất lượng chính (ví dụ: tỷ lệ lỗi, năng lực quy trình) và báo cáo kết quả cho ban quản lý.
  • Thực hiện phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ (root cause analysis) và đề xuất cải tiến liên tục, phối hợp cùng trụ sở chính tại Nhật Bản.
  • Làm việc với kiểm toán viên bên ngoài hoặc khách hàng khi cần để đánh giá và kiểm tra nhà máy.
  • Cập nhật và báo cáo thường xuyên về hiệu quả chất lượng cho quản lý và các bên liên quan.
  • Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác có liên quan.

  • Địa chỉ: Tầng 7, số 86 Xuân Thủy, Phường Thảo Điền, TP. Thủ Đức, Việt Nam
  • Giờ làm việc: 8:00 – 17:00

  • Nghỉ:

  • Thứ Bảy (nghỉ 2 ngày/tháng)

  • Chủ Nhật và ngày lễ quốc gia

Mức lương:

– VND

Phúc lợi:

  • 12 ngày nghỉ phép năm.
  • 3 ngày nghỉ hè.
  • Phụ cấp bữa trưa.
  • Du lịch công ty (tổ chức vào tháng 4 hằng năm).
  • Khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm (vào tháng 6, ngân sách VND/người).
  • Bảo hiểm xã hội theo lương cơ bản + bảo hiểm tai nạn Tokio Marine.
  • Quà tặng cho nhân viên vào các dịp đặc biệt: 8/3, 20/10, Trung Thu, Tết.
  • Phụ cấp công tác.
  • Thưởng (bonus).

Thử việc:

2 tháng, hưởng 85% lương.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong ngành may mặc hoặc thời trang (không bắt buộc đúng chức danh QA/QC).
  • Tiếng Nhật: Trình độ N2 trung cấp trở lên.
