**Job description**:
**Job Scope**

**For Senior QA QC Engineer**:

- Create comprehensive and well-structured test reports.
- Maintain a high awareness of product quality by improving system requirement definitions and enhancing the UAT process while creating and implementing under your own plan.
- Engage in projects at early stages to detect and respond quickly to risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues.
- Plan and implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems.

**For QA QC Manager**:

- Manage and mentor a team of QC/QA engineers, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
- Foster a strong quality-driven culture within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
- Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
- Implement measures to prevent problem recurrence, promoting continuous improvement within the QA team.
- Work closely with development and product management teams to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.

**Development environment**
- **Backend**: Ruby (on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora (MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
- **Frontend**: Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS
- **Mobile App**: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter

**Your skills and experience**:
**Must-have (For All Levels)**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in testing Web Services and Mobile Applications.
- Experience in developing test cases, executing tests, and reporting results.
- Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Japanese proficiency (N2 or higher, N1 preferred).
- Strong communication skills in development projects.
- Alignment with Andpad’s mission and values.

**Must-have (For QC Manager Role)**:

- Proven experience as a QC Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage and optimize QC processes within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide QC teams effectively.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Good English communication skills.
- Experience in Japanese projects as a QA/QC.
- Experience with Security or Performance testing.
- Ability to research and stay updated on new technologies.
- Experience working in web development-related companies.
