**Job description**:

- **Upper-level Senior Test Strategy & Design**: Analyze business requirements and actively engage with other teams to ensure a proper understanding of business requirements and to write highly accurate and comprehensive test cases.
- **Automation Framework Mastery (Selenium & Java Focus)**:

- **Create and significantly enhance automation frameworks** with an expert focus on **Selenium,** utilizing **Java**. Experience with other tools such as Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, or Rest Assured is a strong plus.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
- Maintain and refactor automation scripts to align with product changes and feature updates.

** Comprehensive Testing**: Provide **senior-level manual testing support** when required, ensuring thorough test coverage and quality across all features.
- **Defect Management & Reporting**:

- Write detailed and high-quality **issue/bug reports**.
- Update test execution status and thoroughly investigate software problems resulting from testing.
- Proactively highlight **critical issue(s)**to the Team Lead and Project Manager (PM) early.

** Collaboration & Independence**: Work independently, directly communicating with the manager, team, and client.

**Your skills and experience**:
This role requires a senior-level, proven track record in all facets of quality assurance and automation.
- **Education**: A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and working experience.
- **Experience**:5+ years of direct, senior-level QA experience**, including designing, implementing, and executing complex tests, as well as tracking and reporting results.
- **Automation Expertise (required)**: Good proficiency in the **Selenium** automation tool.
- **Programming Mastery (required)**: Strong, demonstrated expertise in Java for scripting is essential. Knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or C# is a plus.
- **API Testing**: Good experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
- **DevOps & Tools**: Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- **Performance Testing (Plus)**: Knowledge of performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, especially in English.
- Good time-management skills, a proven ability to multitask, meticulous attention to detail, and a fast learner. **Why you'll love working here**:
