You’ll go beyond executing tests — you’ll define frameworks, influence product architecture for testability, and mentor others in adopting automation best practices. This role requires a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams. **What you'll do** - Own the Quality Strategy: Drive the definition and execution of the QA roadmap, ensuring quality is built into every stage of product development. Identify systemic gaps in our CI/CD pipeline and design scalable, automated solutions to improve release reliability and speed. - Architect and Scale Test Automation: Design, build, and maintain robust automation frameworks across web, mobile, and API layers. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and early defect detection. - Partner Across Teams: Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to influence feature design, acceptance criteria, and implementation decisions to improve testability and product quality. - Ensure Full Test Coverage: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, balancing automated and manual testing approaches for regression, integration, performance, and end-to-end testing. - Lead Incident and Defect Management: Triage complex defects, conduct root cause analysis, and provide actionable insights to engineering teams. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and resolve issues efficiently. - Mentor and Elevate Quality Culture: Coach junior and mid-level QA engineers, share best practices, and champion a culture of continuous improvement and quality ownership across the product organization. - Contribute to Cross-Functional Excellence: Actively participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.
