**Job Requirements**:

- Manages team, incl. Store Managers in order to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales.
- Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques.
- Develop and maximize the sales team's revenue potential.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks and leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Good communication skills in English.
