DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - HanoiThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - To daily manage all operations activities (first and last mile) and costs of hubs at assigned area.
- To take accountability for performance KPIs and operating costs of hubs
- To recruit and manage a large team to solve day-to-day operational issues, reach short-term and long-term performance objectives and goals.
- To proactively enhance and optimize existing processes, procedures, layouts, etc.
- To balance the benefits of company and employees.
- To maintain a safe, transparent, disciplined, active feedback working environment, complying with company and legal regulations.

**Requirements**:

- College degree or above (all majors are accepted).
- Equivalent experience as operations manager of at least 2-year or above. Ex.: e-logistics, warehouse, chain of convenient stores, supermarkets, etc.
- Experienced in manage large teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work in fast - moving industry.
- Excellent communication skills with people from various backgrounds. Can work with all levels of company staff.
- Comfortably delivering and receiving frequently direct written and oral feedbacks.
- Detail and process oriented, excellent analytical skills.
- Good at Microsoft Office, especially Excel. A tech-savvy person is preferred.
- Can communicate in English.
