**Distribution Management**
- Identify, build, manage and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
- Willingness to travel outside of the assigned territory for business purpose
- Market research - primary and secondary, Undertake an in-depth market mapping exercise, adopt a dynamic method to capture real time market intelligence & analyze this data for use in business strategy.
- Compliance, Regulatory affairs, IP & Legal
- Follow organizational objectives to ensure high degree of compliance in business and ensure high integrity and ethical standards in transactions with all stake holders
- Ensure compliance of product promotion and Surgeon/hospital engagement as per company policies and country regulation

**Requirements**:

- At least 4-6 years of current experience in Joint Replacement field as a front-line sales manager
- Additional experience as front-line sales management position in Orthopedic implant industry would be a plus

**Salary**: 16,302,915₫ - 36,202,610₫ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hà Nội: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
