**What we need**:
We're looking for an experienced F&B Senior Management professional who is able to lead and

retain our local Vietnamese team in the north, add value and support our expanding business.

We’re looking for a passionate F&B inspired leader, who prioritizes staff and customers, someone who is willing and able to work in the culturally diverse environment of Vietnam (based in Hanoi) and who is inclusive, able to listen, learn and add value to all.

**What you‘ll do**:

- Support the Directors, General Manager, Brand Managers, and Group/Area/Brand Chefs with fairness, strength and enthusiasm through hands-on management and mentoring.
- Build sales and profit, control costs.
- Build strong management teams through good communication and collaboration with all.
- Maintain high operating standards in line with standards and company procedures.
- Represent the company in Vietnam professionally and promote the company's services at every opportunity.

**Requirements**:

- **Relevant work experience**: 10+ years in Hospitality/F&B management, with 5+ years working ìn an emerging nation or in Asia.
- **Attitude**: Full of integrity and honesty, with a passion and drive for excellence, learning new things (from successes and mistakes) and solving complex problems.
- **Positivity**: Strong ability to overcome challenges, identify learning opportunities and celebrate successes
- **Leadership**: Strong, decisive, inclusive, and supportive. Firm, Fair, Friendly and Not Familiar.
- **Professionalism**: Strong staff management and ethical decision-making skills.
- **Accountability**:For both individual and team performance. Ability to set Targets and meet KPIs, including providing constructive feedback to staff on their performance.
- **Education**:Qualifications that allow for a Work Permit & TRC to be granted in Viet Nam

**Salary**: 140,000,000₫ - 178,000,000₫ per month
