**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. CV Sourcing Support**:

- Conduct proactive research to build and maintain talent pools for priority roles.
- Screen and filter CVs based on defined job requirements.

**2. Initial Screening Call Support**:

- Conduct initial screening calls using predefined scripts or evaluation criteria.

**3. Interview Coordination**:

- Support logistics such as arranging online meeting links, test assignments, or follow-up reminders.

**4. ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Management**:

- Maintain a clean and organized hiring pipeline across all positions.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with recruitment processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- From 1 year of experience as Talent Acquisition, HR Executive, or relevant roles
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with good English skill
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Passion for recruitment and people operations.
