- Check rate inquiries with oversea agents
- Handle documents and customer services for Import and Export shipments via seafreight and airfreight from beginning until close file under company’s SOP.
- Input data on file
- Co-operate with oversea agents, carriers, coloaders, vendorsto solve the arising issue if any
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Male or female
- Graduated from College, University, majoring in foreign trade, maritime or related majors is an advantage
- Working full time
- At least 2 years experienced in handling import and export documents in freight forwarding company.
- Good command at English in 4 skills.
- Good at excel, word, data management and communication skills.
- Work carefully, hard-working, loyal with company and can work under high pressure
