1. Responsible for answering customer consultation calls, answering questions related to products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
2. Actively listen to customer needs, record and follow up customer feedback to ensure that problems are solved in a timely manner;
3. Assist customers to complete related processes, such as registration, order processing, account services, etc.;
4. Help customers solve problems and maintain the company's brand image
5. Maintain good customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction;
6. Learn about the company's products and business knowledge at any time and continuously improve professional capabilities;
7. Assist the team to complete other related work

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, relevant customer service experience is preferred, experience in customer service of e-commerce platform is preferred;
2. Have good communication skills, good at listening and understanding customer needs;
3. Have strong sense of responsibility and patience, and be able to maintain a positive service attitude;
4. Have good adaptability and stress management ability;
5. Be familiar with common office software (such as Excel, Word) and customer service tools;
6. Have a team spirit and be willing to learn and improve;
7. Be able to adapt to flexible working hours and accept the arrangement of gradually extending the live broadcast time;
8. Have good professional ethics and confidentiality awareness.
