**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 11 - 13 triệu VNĐ)
- Monitor, prepare and handle export/import documentation for both air and sea shipments.
- Issue ocean & air B/L, Arrival Notice (A/N), Delivery Order (D/O), E-manifest, and Debit Notes (DN) to customers.
- Submit required documents and information to carriers (e.g., VGM, SI,)
- Send pre-alerts to agents and relevant parties.
- Coordinate with operation and accounting departments to ensure timely delivery and document handover.
- Communicate, follow up, and coordinate with agents and carriers to ensure smooth and on-time cargo handling.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams in providing seamless and quality service ensuring shipment arranged smoothly.
- Cooperate with other teammates to serve the customers well according to SOP required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager/Team Leader.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Fresher or 1-2 year of experience in Logistics or Forwarding. Experience in handling TP shipment is a plus.
- Good English and Korea (Korea preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Careful, responsible, independent, eager to learn, and able to work under high pressure.
