C&b Supervisor

This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's compensation and benefits programs and compliance with law & payroll.

This role involves ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive and aligned with industry standards, while also managing employee benefits programs to support recruitment and retention efforts.

Payroll & Compliance
In charge of Head Office’s Payroll
In charge of Labor, Tax, Insurance Compliance in Head Office
Prepare the labor contract & decision of Head Office
Review the payroll & compliance of 04 subsidiaries by weekly, monthly
Compensation and Benefit Management
Develop and implement competitive compensation programs that attract and retain top talent of Groups
Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and bonus calculations of Groups
Develop, implement, and revise compensation and benefits policies as needed of Groups
Prepare reports for management on compensation & benefit as per request by HR director.
Benefits Administration
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other offerings
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation-related questions
Antidumping report for U.S market
Coordinate & review the antidumping report from 04 subsidiaries (if have)
Other task will be assigned by HR Director (if have)

ExperienceAt least 4 years of experience in manufactory.
