MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Co-ordinate the supervision and control of the Reservations’ operational procedures.
Engage in receiving, processing and confirming guests’ room reservations.
Demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage time and work priorities.
Be enterprising, open to new ideas and change in the workplace and seek more effective and better ways of carrying out your role.
Be co-operative and supportive of other team members through consulting, providing feedback and sharing information with others.
Consider the attitudes and perspectives of the guest and adapt to their different needs.
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and manage the demands of your position.
Take charge of the systematic and orderly filing of reservations correspondence and other documents.
Prepare the compilation of statistical data regarding reservations as requested by the Management.
Keep the AGM informed of all developments in reservations.
Assist in the review of work methods and procedures in reservations; recommend changes to improve the quality of work accordingly.
Ensure all reservation requests are answered in a timely and accurate manner with at least a 24-hour turnaround.
Monitor the status of Group Reservations.
Enter and maintain accurate company/VIP records.
Cultivate contacting with travel agents, booking agents, etc with the objective of increasing room sales.
Responsible for the efficient running of the department within the requirements of the budget.
Ensure the staff follow correct procedures in dealing with all bookings.
Responsible for the optimum yield of the hotel by achieving highest possible balance of occupancy and room rate.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
**Education**: A diploma or degree qualification.
Fluency in oral and written English
**Experience**: Previous hotel-related experience
**Other**:
Good presentation and public speaking skills.
Showing strong initiative and creative skills.
Good in planning, organizing and co-ordination.
