We are looking for a proficient Ticketing Executive with hands-on experience in Sabre Global Distribution System (GDS) to manage all aspects of air ticket reservations, issuance, and modifications. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate ticketing processes for our diverse clientele, contributing directly to our reputation for reliable and efficient travel services.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Sabre GDS Proficiency: Expertly handle flight bookings, amendments, cancellations, reissues, and refunds using the Sabre GDS system.
- PNR Management: Create, retrieve, and manage Passenger Name Records (PNRs) with precision, including passenger details, special service requests (SSRs), and other essential information.
- Ticketing & EMD Issuance: Issue flight tickets, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMDs) for ancillaries, and process exchanges or refunds in accordance with airline policies and IATA regulations.
- Queue Management: Efficiently monitor and manage Sabre queues for schedule changes, ticketing deadlines, and other operational alerts.
- Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding flight details, baggage allowances, visa requirements, and fare conditions. Respond to ticketing-related inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve ticketing discrepancies, airline errors, or system issues to minimize disruption for travelers.
- Compliance: Ensure all ticketing activities comply with IATA rules, airline regulations, and company policies.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised records of all ticketing transactions and related documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Tour Operations teams to facilitate seamless travel arrangements.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of [e.g., 2- years of proven experience in air ticketing and reservations within the travel industry, preferably with a tour agency or corporate travel management company in Singapore.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Sabre GDS is essential. (Experience with Command Helper or similar productivity tools within Sabre will be a significant advantage)
- Excellent understanding of airline ticketing procedures, fare construction, and IATA regulations.
- Familiarity with BSP processes and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
