MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a results-driven, multi-platform communications and marketing strategy aligned with corporate and brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
- Ensure all marketing and promotional materials are consistent with brand standards.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and hotel business results; recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Lead PR activities and brand-related initiatives to strengthen hotel visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain close contact with existing and potential clients through visits, calls, and correspondence to secure contracts.
- Responsible for OTA, Corporate, and Travel Agent room sales, as well as banquet sales.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to propose strategies that enhance sales performance.
- Work with the Sales team and related departments to design sales promotions and packages.
- Participate in group-wide and seasonal marketing campaigns and trade activities.
- Maintain key accounts, build long-term business relationships, and provide exceptional client service.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
- Represent the hotel and academy at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.
- Develop strong rapport with clients, media, government officials, and business partners to promote a positive brand image.
- Reservations Responsibilities
- Handle room booking requests directly from guests or partners.
- Check room availability, provide quotations, confirm reservations, and follow up until guest check-in.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and related departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Manage and update reservation data accurately in the system.
- Prepare regular reservation reports and assist in room revenue forecasting.
- Report to Operations Director.

- Diploma Certificate in Hotel Management, Business Administration preferred
- 2 - 3-year experience in the similar role
- Experience in team management
- Excellent skills In Customer Service and Public Relations
- Leadership and well organized
- IT skills: good in Microsoft office
- English: good writing and communication skills
