About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic
Sales & Reservation Consultant
to join our team in Saigon. This role is all about turning travel dreams into seamless experiences — managing group, charter, and series bookings with precision, professionalism, and a sales-driven mindset.

You'll work at the heart of our sales and operations, crafting competitive proposals, managing key accounts, and ensuring every booking runs flawlessly from inquiry to departure. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and love blending sales strategy with operational excellence, this is your stage.

What You'll Do

  • Handle and convert booking inquiries across multiple channels, focusing on Group, Charter, and Series segments.
  • Develop tailored proposals and competitive quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Manage the full reservation process — from confirmation to coordination with internal teams — ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records of bookings, allocations, and performance reports to support forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with Business Development and Operations teams to ensure smooth cross-departmental execution.
  • Monitor market trends, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Economics, or Business (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Reservations, or related areas — ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent English and Vietnamese communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with reservation software is a plus.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a flair for negotiation and collaboration.
