We are a blockchain research and development company with expertise in DeFi, Tokenization, and Web3 Payment. Founded by product & finance leaders from Apple, Stably, and Infina, our team has launched projects directly with top-tier blockchain foundations and startups such as Ripple/XRP Ledger, Harmony, VeChain, Qredo, Dune Analytics, and more.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate, filter, and pursue client leads, including responding to inbound opportunities
- Build trustworthy relationships with our clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how Saola can generate value for them
- Partner up with Product, Engineering, and Business Development teams to complete full project cycle
- Participate in industry events and conferences to generate leads
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience in software development/ IT outsourcing B2B sales or crypto partnerships, closing and delivering successful projects from the ground up
- EXCELLENT verbal and written English communication skills
- Biased toward action while respecting team-oriented priorities
- No-ego, adaptable, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented
- Personable and able to manage expectations across many stakeholders and multiple on-going relationships

- The scope of work involves finding clients, closing sales, overseeing projects during development and delivery, and maintaining client relationships to explore potential upselling. "From the ground up" refers to completely new projects that start from scratch with clients._
