**Responsibilities**
- Our business is growing rapidly, and we need skilled Enterprise Sales Managers to acquire and manage new enterprise client relationships.
- At least 5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong skills in strategic analysis and marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (CXOs, Senior Managers, etc.) within the prospect’s organization.
- Manage the prospect experience throughout the sales process to close deals.
- Partner with the marketing department to conduct market research.
- Develop a strategic business development plan.

- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and needs.
- Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Represent company profiles in a shaped way to CXOs and key stakeholders.
- Should be able to create contract-winning proposals and communicate terms to stakeholders.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
- Evaluate options and resolve internal priorities.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
- Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.
- Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Enhance organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
- Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

**Requirements**:

- Overall experience of 5-7 years with demonstrated achievement in Solution Software Sales with portfolio clients are Enterprise
- Experience with enterprise sales is a must-have
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations and IT fluency.
- Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose solutions for clients
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Excellent organizational skills, be able to work & coordinate both internal & external stakeholders.
- Ability to flourish with mínimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Having “ Can do” attitude
- Fluent English communication

**PRIORITIZE**
- Working with 3PL domain experience is highly preferred.
- SAAS E-commerce or Logistics is highly preferred
