**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Xác định các yêu cầu của dự án và phát triển lịch trình làm việc cho nhóm.
- Tối ưu code, hệ thống, tăng performance và khả năng mở rộng bảo trì cho ứng dụng.
- Phân công nhiệm vụ và đạt được các mục tiêu hàng ngày, hàng tuần và hàng tháng. Liên lạc với các thành viên trong nhóm, quản lý và khách hàng để đảm bảo các dự án được hoàn thành theo tiêu chuẩn.
- Tìm hiểu yêu cầu, đặc tả, review code.
- Xác định rủi ro và hình thành kế hoạch dự phòng càng sớm càng tốt.
- Luôn cập nhật các xu hướng và sự phát triển của ngành. Cập nhật lịch làm việc và thực hiện khắc phục sự cố theo yêu cầu.
- Viết báo cáo tiến độ và thuyết trình cho các bên liên quan.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc bằng cử nhân về khoa học máy tính, kỹ thuật hoặc một lĩnh vực liên quan.
- Có ít nhất 05 năm kinh nghiệm lập trình BackEnd bằng Java.
- Có kinh nghiệm lead team, hỗ trợ các thành viên phát triển trong dự án.
- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các framework Springboot, Strust, Hibernate.
- Hiểu biết về webservice SOAP/Restful, chuẩn message JSON, OOP, XML, Design partern, web server, Microservice/SOA/API.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các IDE phát triển và các tool quản lý source code, quản lý công việc. (CI/CD: Jenkin, GIT, ANT).
- Hiểu biết về cache (redis, memcache,..), Message Queue (Rabbit, ActiveMQ..)
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, theo nhóm, chịu áp lực công việc
