**SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN REAL ESTATE ANALYSIS & INVESTMENT**

**AVAILABLE WORK LOCATION(S)**

Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh City.

Working time**:Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**In this role, you will**:
1. Provide inputs on real estate products in master planning projects

2. Provide inputs on home buyers and real estate investors’ perspectives to the master planning

and design team as well as the digital technologies team.

3. Lead market research, real estate product mix analysis, and feasibility studies in master

planning and design projects to guarantee the viability of enCity's proposals.

4. Assist the company's Directors in recognizing market trends in the development of real estate

in a variety of industries, including but not limited to commercial, residential, industrial, and

logistics.

5. Identify, process and manage real estate investment opportunities to gain profit for the

company.

6. Participate in seminars and meetings involving high-profiled political leaders, business

executives, and professionals to gain know-how and understanding of market trends in real

estate development and investment areas.

7. Ensure projects are comprehensively documented for client and government submission at all

stages of the project.

8. Other duties as assigned.

**We’d love to hear from you if you have**:

- Good Degree in Economics, Real Estate or Business Management
- Good understanding of real estate and urban development at multiple

scales.
- Experience in real estate investment
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated creative ability in development concepts and real estate products.
- Competent in software skills such as MS Office (Word, Power Point) and specialised tools for

financial study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
