**SENIOR ASSOCIATE/ASSOCIATE IN LANDSCAPE DESIGN**

Working time**:Monday - Friday, 8h30 - 18h00.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**In this role, you will**
Support Team Leader and Partners to deliver urban design and landscape architecture

tasks/projects in term of both technical proposal and presentation
- Opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team of urban planners, designers and architects

to design and document design projects from concept through detailed design
- Ensure a project is comprehensively documented for client and government submission at

all stages of the project
- Prepare project reports and presentations to submit to clients.
- Produce, follow and ensure the precision and high quality of presentation of technical

drawings and studies.
- Communicate any conflict or challenges which may arise in the progress of a project to Team

Leader and Partners
- Other duties as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**We’d love to hear from you if **
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience for the Associate level; 5-8 years of experience for the

Senior Associate level.
- Have a degree in landscape architecture, urban design or related disciplines
- Good understanding of planning and design concepts and methodology including but not

limited to urban design development, massing analysis, building design and documentation

(of all stages) and knowledge in technical, etc.
- Keen interest in urban issues and general understanding of ecology, hydrology and climate

resilience
- Strong design instincts and understanding of place-making and community design
- Ability to work across multiple scales from streetscapes to townships
- Familiar with master planning practice in Asia
- Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through drawings
- Adeptness at hand drawing and sketching
- Demonstrated creative ability, including urban, architectural, and graphic design
- Competent in software skills such as MS Office (Word, Power Point), CAD, Sketch-up,

Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is preferred. Knowing a GIS is a plus
