**ASSOCIATE /SENIOR ASSOCIATE IN LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**In this role, you will be**:

- To plan, design and manage Landscape Architectural projects considering

safety, functionality, technically accuracy and creativity considering the client’s

briefs, without compromising on the laws and regulations of the area where

the construction will be undertaken.
- To demonstrate advanced technical knowledge and skills in Landscape

Architectural discipline, with broad multidisciplinary knowledge of other

design disciplines (Urban Planning / Architectural and Urban Design /

Engineering).

modification of Landscape Architectural standards, techniques, procedures,

and criteria to achieve the highest design outputs.
- To develop design solutions, high quality presentation drawings, and technical

packages from concept design, through design development, to final design,

tender and contract documentation.
- To attend to site works, assisting with the necessary supervision in order to

correctly implement the projects and contractual works.
- To perform the full range of Landscape Architectural professional duties with a

high degree of technical judgment, resourcefulness and imagination.
- To report to senior management at any moment on the status of assigned

projects and all the circumstances that could affect projects, resources,

schedules or milestones.
- To develop innovative, creative and assertive Landscape Architectural

conceptual design proposals.
- To plan, coordinate and undertake the presentation of Landscape Architectural

conceptual design proposals.
- To plan, schedule, conduct, undertake and coordinate detailed phases of the

Landscape Architectural elements of an assigned project including, but not

limited to, the preparation of original designs, layouts, details, drawings and

technical specifications.
- To coordinate Landscape Architectural efforts in assigned areas with specialty

groups, engineering disciplines, the client or client’s representatives, vendors,

contractors, construction and other divisional groups.
- To ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned projects

between all disciplines, stakeholders and the client or client’s representatives.
- To maintain regular contact with all assigned project clients, striving to develop

the best possible working relationships and client satisfaction.
- To analyze and report on the suitability of materials, techniques and/or difficult

coordination requirements.
- To demonstrate knowledge on the coordination of Landscape Architecture

with other Design and Engineering disciplines in order to ensure

constructability and economic rationalism applied to construction methods

and materials.
- To proceed to on-site inspections of assigned projects independently, assisting

with material and construction approvals, ensuring the achievement of highest

level of finishings.
- To provide technical direction and on-the-job training of assigned personnel,

CAD technicians and 3D animators, providing inputs for their performance and

output evaluation.
- To keep abreast of industry specific technological, environmental and social

developments.
- To prove skill in conveying design concepts via hand drawn sketches and

drawings.
- To prove skill in analyzing and identifying Landscape Architectural elements in

designs for conformance with applicable standards, policies, codes, cost

efficiency and program objectives for compliance with design requirements

and acceptable architectural practice.
