**Tasks**
- Provide responsive and timely administrative support across finance and corporate services functions
- Process invoicing and input expenses
- Support basic finance and accounting functions as required
- Undertake other Admin tasks assigned by Manager
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably with 2+ years of invoicing experience
- Good time management, administrative and coordination ability
- Good English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- Detail-oriented, efficient, resourceful with can-do attitude and teamwork spirit
