This role is to underwrite new proposals/existing policies to make accurate decision within standard turnaround time and manage, coaching underwriters.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach and develop underwriters
- (Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển thẩm định viên)_
- Manage quality and productivity of groups underwriters
- (Quản lý chất lượng và năng suất của nhóm)_
- Ensure compliance with Company’s policies
- (Đảm bảo việc tuân thủ các chính sách của Công ty)_
- Underwrite new proposals/existing policies within approved authority
- (Thẩm định hồ sơ bảo hiểm trong quyền hạn cho phép)_
- Verify and sign off underwriting cases for lower authorized
- level underwriter within approved authority
- (Kiểm duyệt và ra quyết định thẩm định cho thẩm định viên cấp thấp hơn trong quyền hạn cho phép)_
- Participate in evaluating quality and expanding Panel Doctor network
- (Tham gia đánh giá chất lượng và mở rông mạng Phòng khám thẩm định)_
- Handle complaints of customers and agents regarding underwriting decisions
- (Xử lý thắc mắc khiếu nại của khách hàng và tư vấn viên liên quan đến thẩm định bảo hiểm)_
- Collaborate with other sections/stakeholders/partners resolve underwriting issues
- (Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác/đồng nghiệp/đối tác để giải quyết các vấn đề thẩm định)_
- Participate in developing underwriting guideline and updating forms if changes
- (Tham gia xây dựng bảng hướng dẫn thẩm định và cập nhật các biểu mẫu khi có thay đổi)_
- Carry out other tasks when assigned by upper management

Job Requirements:
