To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a **Medical Underwriter Chinese Speaker**

You will be based in our Vietnam office and be part of a tremendously dynamic group.

**Your key responsibilities**:This position is responsible for the deployment and execution of APRIL's regional underwriting and medical risk management approach.
- Deploy, oversee, and actively participate in the medical underwriting process, following the guidelines. This includes new business underwriting, new member enrolment, post-claim underwriting and medical risk management.
- Ensure coordination with front (pre-sale process) and back office teams (claims and policy).
- Work closely with the claims and policy teams to improve medical risk management.
- Promote April branding by providing efficient, accurate and fair underwriting offers.

**Your Profile**:

- University degree or college diploma in a medical field or Registered Nurse.
- Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of Chinese would be a strong plus.
- 2-3 years experience in medical/life insurance, underwriting or claims management.
- Analytical and great interpersonal and communications skills.
- Sense of details and very organized.
- Good understanding of how life/medical works
- Teamworking - fostering an environment of teamwork to ensure that all services are delivered on time and company goals are met.
