MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Supervise the operation of the reception department: assign work schedules to employees, supervise the implementation of check-in and check-out procedures, supervise the front office
- Provide professional training to employees in the department.
- Resolve customer incidents, requests, and complaints: receive customer feedback and provide satisfactory solutions for customers.
- Make daily/weekly/monthly reports to the Department Head.
- Specific details will be discussed during the interview.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Proficient in Office Informatics
- Proficient in English, knowing a second foreign language is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position at a Hotel/Resort
- Quick, enthusiastic, honest, careful and responsible; Sociable, friendly and able to withstand pressure.
