The Office Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, including managing administrative tasks, payroll processing, and operational accounting. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Office Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence.
- Payroll Management:

- Process payroll for all employees accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Collaborate with HR to manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Operational Accounting:

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements.
- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, payroll processing, and operational accounting.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with accounting software is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
