We are looking for a Business Project Management Officers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.

What you will do:

- Leverage understanding of the business and products to focus on supporting the Partnership Success Manager in managing customer expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and helping to implement an effective system of project governance
- Monitor project status including : weekly progress, resources, budget, payment, risks & issues, scope, interdependency, Monitor and remind PSM about follow -up actions after the meeting. Support for document signing and project folders management
- Define and manage a well-defined project management process and improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Project Management
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to resolve operations from the technical issues that may impair the team's ability to meet both strategic business
- Documenting project knowledge and lessons learned
- Report directly to Business Director

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
What you need to have:

- Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
- Ability to manage multiple, competing for priorities simultaneously and ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Capacity to develop original ideas, approaches, and automated solutions to difficult situations or problems
- Experience using problem-solving and analytical skills to solve business problems and drive process improvements
- Excellent oral and written communications skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals at all levels including the executive level
- Quick learner and interested in learning new technologies
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Strong interpersonal skills including facilitation and coaching and ability to lead and influence others
- Familiar with Agile principles; scaled agile experience preferred; scrum master experience a plus
- Familiar with Jira and related project management functions
