- The role helps company to manage the business with partners including managing portfolios and out
- licensing opportunities, providing critical pre-launch support to out-licensed products as well as providing financial and strategic insights, and contribute to long term forecasting and planning.**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- License-out project management- Own and drive end to end process including portfolio review, partner identification and evaluation, negotiate the deal, develop and obtain approvals for business case and align & manage all stake-holders
- Restore commercial opportunities of in-house tailed products through partnering
- Identify opportunities for out-licensed products which have good marketability in the market aligned with portfolio management
- In charge of seeking, structuring, negotiating and managing collaborative arrangements with partner companies
- Process contracting with new partners by successfully negotiating deals aligning with the Company policies on due diligence, audit process, compliance, and legal review
Alliance management- Lead alliance management/governance activities for the existing deals
- Drive performance for existing deal with hands on understanding of partner’s commercial activities and contractual requirements
- Manage partner re-negotiations and stakeholder management for alliance
- Co-own end to end processes and alliance requirements with all internal functions and partner
- Periodic update to management teams and cluster / region on deal progress

**Minimum requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- University degree in Pharmacy
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
- 5 years of working experience in Pharma industry, MNC experience preferred
- Experience in Business Development & Licensing
- Strong local market insights
- Sales & Marketing exposure preferred
