Description

Overview: Operate and manage internal systems supporting data analysis, content optimization, and user account management. Responsibilities include:

- Handling errors and managing system.
- Managing Tableau licenses and user accounts.
- Monitoring analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, KARTE, Google Analytics).
- Supporting financial tasks, internal communication, and user inquiries.
- Language: Japanese (JLPT N3 or higher, mainly for reading and writing; speaking/listening not mandatory). English reading ability for technical documents is a plus.
- Process clarity: All tasks have established manuals and clear workflows. The role focuses on accurately following documented processes while working directly with Japanese customers and using English for documentation.

The role involves the following key responsibilities:
1. Operate system

- Create and manage tickets in JIRA or similar systems, coordinate with engineers for troubleshooting, and close tickets upon resolution.

- Add/remove user accounts on the system.

- Adjust and test RSS imports for new media channels.

2. Tableau License & User Management

- Maintain Tableau license lists, monitor and update user information.

- Process requests for new registrations, information changes, and account deletions on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.

- Manage internal expense tracking, confirm payments, and update records.

- Assist with license ordering and stock confirmation when necessary.

- Provide Q&A support related to Tableau usage.

3. Analytics Tools Monitoring (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, KARTE, Google Analytics)

- Monitor daily and monthly traffic, verify data accuracy, and send alerts when thresholds are exceeded.

- Manage user accounts: add/remove accounts, change permissions, and handle property creation requests.

- Ensure data accuracy and prepare regular reports.

4. Internal Communication & User Support

- Update necessary information on Confluence for internal communication.

- Receive and respond to inquiries related to systems and licenses (Helpdesk).

5. Cross-team Coordination

- Act as a contact point between business and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.

Qualification

Must-have
- Proficiency in communication and management tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Mail, JIRA, Confluence.
- Ability to use Google Workspace and Excel (SUM, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).
- Basic understanding of HTML/XML for error analysis.
- Experience with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and license management (Tableau).
- Language requirement:

- Japanese: JLPT N3 or higher, mainly for reading/writing tasks.
- English: Ability to read technical documentation is a plus.

Preferred
- Experience editing manuals on Confluence.
- Knowledge of software license management processes and operation of data analytics systems.
