MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
**A. Reservation works**:
1. Making new reservation upon request
2. Following up with package and promotion of the day if have
3. Revising existing and upcoming short term, long term booking as per guest's requirement
4. Updating group business on the book to concerned people
5. Cooperating with Accountant to check payment status of short term booking, push bookers to make payment on date
6. Filling bookings have done during the day
7. Making car rental reservation and report monthly
B. Sales Associate
8. Participating in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new and existing corporate business.
10.Building and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
11. Working closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiations meet the financial needs of the hotels.
12.Supporting for Sales to call company or T/A when the hotel have new promotion
13.Work closely with FO, HK to ensure the guests to be satisfied during the time to stay in Calidas

- Working at least one year at the same position is an advantage.
- Graduate the University or college
