**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**:

- Website Management: Oversee and optimize the Vietnam Outsourcing Hub website, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented and content is regularly refreshed. Work with developers to enhance user experience and monitor website performance.
- Content Strategy & Planning: Develop a strategic content plan that targets B2B audiences and showcases the advantages of outsourcing to Vietnam. Produce and manage content, such as blogs, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Social Media & Community Management: Create and manage social media content across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter, focusing on B2B engagement and community growth. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- SEO & SEM: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to refine content and SEO tactics.
- Public Relations (PR): Develop PR initiatives to increase brand awareness, maintain media relations, and manage press releases in both local and global markets.
- Industry Research & Market Analysis: Stay up to date on trends in the outsourcing industry and conduct market analysis to inform strategic decisions. Use data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations.

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the outsourcing or BPO industry.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content strategy, and website management.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and a data-driven approach.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and lead generation techniques.
- Experience in public relations and building media relationships is a plus.
